Technology Advancement Group, Inc. is Hiring a Deputy Program Manager Near Springfield, VA

Primary Responsibilities

Lead the assessment and development of cybersecurity and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) requirements, leveraging industry best practices to deliver strategic recommendations and system specifications in alignment with client needs.

Oversee the design, evaluation, and reconfiguration of system architectures, networks, and subsystems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Provide program oversight, including monitoring technical performance and managing subcontractor deliverables, while ensuring the integration of a cyber-driven framework across all project phases.

Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, serving as a consultative advisor on PNT and cybersecurity technologies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Establish and maintain strategic relationships across the organization and with stakeholders to support project goals.

Champion the development and implementation of innovative technical solutions and strategies, coordinating efforts to solve complex challenges and achieve an advanced, integrated intelligence-driven organizational vision.

Required Skills/Experiences

Abilities:

Ability to apply supply chain risk management standards, ensuring all cybersecurity aspects are thoroughly integrated and compliant with the highest standards.

Ability to oversee the development and update of the life cycle cost estimate, managing substantial program budgets accurately.

Ability to evaluate/ensure the trustworthiness of the supplier and/or product, maintaining integrity and security throughout the program’s supply chain.

Knowledge:

Comprehensive knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.

Deep understanding of risk management processes and laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to cybersecurity and privacy.

Expertise in system life cycle management principles, including software security and usability.

In depth knowledge of program life cycle management methodologies for large scale government contracts

Skills:

Skill in identifying system performance measures and actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the system goals.

Ability to work across geographically dispersed teams of contractors, consultants, stakeholders, and partners asynchronously

Proven experience in developing and maintaining strategic plans and developing methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.

Demonstrated ability in reviewing or conducting audits of information technology (IT) programs and projects.

Strong ethical stance on cybersecurity and privacy, showcasing integrity in every decision and action.

Leadership qualities to inspire and guide teams through complex cybersecurity challenges.

Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
